Re: KAPP Family in Penn.

Brian – I am sooooooo happy to hear from you. I’ve had these photos probably a year. They’re wonderful photos and need to go to a Kapp family member. There was about 50 of these photos at an antique store in Medford, Oregon. I bought 30 of them….ALL Kapp family….the ones identified on the backs or fronts. I paid $1.00 each and would like reimbursement for them. I ask for nothing else…just what I have into them. All these photos are turn of the century..1900-1920s. They’re all printed with postcard backs. Here’s the KAPP people I have: Etta Kapp (daughter of Aaron Kapp), Webster Kapp (son of Aaron Kapp), Curtis (son of Aaron Kapp), Aaron Kapp, Aaron with Harold Kapp (son of Curtis Kapp), the Hendersons (Katherine Kapps parents), Harold Kapp as a boy (son of Curtis), several of Elrick Kapp, group photo of Kapps….Mabel, Eva, Harold, Ila, Willie W. in 1910, Edith Kapp & family at dinner table. There are individual photos and family group photos. One of the best is a KAPP family reunion in 1915 of over 50 people with a big sign they hold that says KAPP REUNION. I think it’s at Alameda Park in Butler, PA. I have several other town scenes of Parkers Landing, Fryburg, Allegheny, Parker. I have 2 photos of the family homestead of in Fryburgh built in 1866 by John Kapp. Please help me disperse these photos to the appropriate people. Which ones would you be interested in? Can you direct me to other Kapp family members that might be interested in these. They’re truly a treasure…..I RESCUED these photos because that’s what I do for a hobby…. rescue old identified family photos and reunite them thru ancestry.com. I just couldn’t let these treasures sit in a box in an antique store. Let me repeat. I AM NOT A KAPP FAMILY MEMBER.
